While we will make every reasonable effort to proceed as planned or provide an alternative, no refunds or compensation will be issued for such changes.

Please note that all workshop and event details—including date, time, location, and lineup—are subject to change at the discretion of the artist(s), instructor(s), or event organizers.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that a workshop is canceled by the artist, promoter, or venue, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If a cancellation occurs, options may include rescheduling and / or credit toward a future event by the event organizers. No monetary refunds will be issued.

Instructor Cancellation Policy – No Refunds

We understand that instructor availability is an important part of your experience, and we do our utmost to ensure consistency. However, in the event that a scheduled instructor is unable to teach a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute instructor or make necessary adjustments to the class format.

Please note that:

• Refunds will not be issued due to instructor cancellations or substitutions.

• Our team is committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of the class, regardless of instructor changes.

• In the rare event that a suitable replacement cannot be arranged, we may offer a class credit or rescheduling option at our discretion.
